Welcome to Paybuzz Payments Private Limited. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks are handled for services provided through https://paybuzz.in.

By continuing to use Paybuzz services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.

01 Cancellation Policy

Transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated and processed successfully. Please verify all payment details carefully before proceeding.

Once a transaction is initiated and processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled. Users are advised to verify all payment details — including amount, recipient, and reference — before confirming any transaction on the Paybuzz platform.

02 Refund Policy

Refunds are not initiated for successfully completed transactions. Paybuzz acts as a payment facilitation platform only.

Paybuzz does not hold responsibility for disputes arising between the user and the merchant. All successful transactions are considered final.

In case of a failed, reversed, or technically unsuccessful transaction where the amount has been debited, the refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically to the original source of payment as per standard banking timelines — typically 5–7 working days for net banking and 7–10 working days for card payments.

03 Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions

If a user suspects a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction on their account, they must immediately report it to our support team. Prompt reporting enables faster investigation and action.

Report suspected fraud immediately to [email protected]. Cases will be reviewed and necessary action taken as per applicable laws, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

04 Chargebacks

Chargebacks, if raised by the user, are subject to the consent and policies of the respective merchant and the issuing bank. Paybuzz does not guarantee refunds in chargeback cases and acts only as an intermediary in the dispute resolution process.

Chargeback outcomes are determined by the merchant and issuing bank. Paybuzz cannot guarantee a specific outcome in any chargeback dispute.

05 User Responsibility

Users of the Paybuzz platform are expected to exercise due diligence and caution when initiating transactions. The following responsibilities apply:

  • Users must not make payments to unknown, untrusted, or unverified merchants
  • Incorrect or mistaken payments made by the user are not refundable
  • Users must not misuse, redistribute, or resell Paybuzz content, APIs, or services
Always double-check the recipient details, amount, and payment mode before confirming any transaction.
